Frank Veldhoven to Assume Position as Managing Director of Noral GmbH
Noral GmbH is pleased to announce that Frank Veldhoven will assume the position of Managing Director, effective 1 July 2025.
Mr. Veldhoven brings over 30 years of international leadership experience, primarily in the professional lighting industry. Throughout his career, he has held several key executive positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager Central Europe, Regional Director for Central & Eastern Europe, Regional Sales Director, and Production Logistics Manager.
In these roles, Mr. Veldhoven has successfully led cross-functional transformation initiatives, developed high-performing commercial strategies, and overseen major operational and supply chain improvements across international markets. He is recognized for his ability to lead organizations through complex change, increase operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
His expertise includes managing the transition to advanced technologies such as high-efficiency LED luminaires and smart systems, as well as optimizing production and sourcing strategies for long-term impact.
Mr. Veldhoven’s strategic outlook and collaborative leadership approach are expected to make a significant contribution to Noral GmbH’s continued development and its position as a trusted provider of innovative lighting solutions across Europe.

Frank Veldhoven wird neuer Geschäftsführer der Noral GmbH
Die Noral GmbH begrüß Herrn Frank Veldhoven, der mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2025 die Position des Geschäftsführers übernehmen wird.
Herr Veldhoven verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre internationale Führungserfahrung, insbesondere in der professionellen Lichttechnikbranche. Im Verlauf seiner Karriere bekleidete er mehrere leitende Führungspositionen, darunter als Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager Central Europe, Regional Director Central & Eastern Europe, Regional Sales Director sowie Production Logistics Manager.
In diesen Funktionen leitete Herr Veldhoven strategische Transformationsprozesse, entwickelte effektive Vertriebsstrategien und entwickelte bedeutende Verbesserungen der Lieferketten, im operativen Geschäft sowie auf internationaler Ebene. Er ist bekannt für seine Fähigkeit, Unternehmen erfolgreich durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen und nachhaltiges Wachstum zu erzielen.
Seine Expertise umfasst unter anderem die Umstellung von konventioneller auf energieeffiziente LED-Technologie, die Einführung intelligenter Lichtsysteme sowie die erfolgreiche Optimierung von Produktions- und Beschaffungsprozessen.
