Throughout his career, he has held several key executive positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager Central Europe, Regional Director for Central & Eastern Europe, Regional Sales Director, and Production Logistics Manager. In these roles, Mr. Veldhoven has successfully led cross-functional transformation initiatives, developed high-performing commercial strategies, and overseen major operational and supply chain improvements across international markets. He is recognized for his ability to lead organizations through complex change, increase operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. His expertise includes managing the transition to advanced technologies such as high-efficiency LED luminaires and smart systems, as well as optimizing production and sourcing strategies for long-term impact. Lightfair 2023 – New York
Noral participated in the Lightfair fair held in New York on May 23-25 and introduced its new led bollard series luminaires. Noral, which also exhibited its ZD4i certified luminaires, met with the intense interest of its visitors with its dimmable and fully automation compatible led luminaires, which are the easiest way to save money due to increasing energy consumption today.
Euroshop 2023 –Düsseldorf
Noral presented its new urban luminaire O.Zone to the attention of its visitors at the “Euroshop 2023” fair held between February 26 and March 2. The luminaire, which has an aluminum injection body produced based on 82% energy saving with >160 lm/w energy efficiency, attracted attention with its resistance to harsh conditions (IP66, IK10). O.Zone, which can be combined with project-specific optical distribution options, became the favorite of the fair.
Light+Building (Autumn Edition)
Noral GmbH, within the scope of strategic marketing activities, first participated in Europe’s largest lighting fair; “Light + Building Autumn Edition 2022”, which took place outside of its routine time due to the pandemic. The new product portfolio produced by adhering to Scandinavian design was exhibited for the first time at this fair. Visitors from different countries welcomed Noral and its new product portfolio with interest. 80% energy saving new park & garden luminaires were the center of attention of the fair.
